We understand. Not everything works out how it is supposed to. At Threads of Faith, we want to make sure all of our faithful feel positive about their purchase. If you need to return a purchase, please fill out our return initiation form. All requests will be subject to a reasonable review to understand how we can provide the very best product for our faithful (and, because our legal team insisted–we can ensure it follows the guidelines expressed below.) Since we are all a community–we will work together with you to provide the best mutual solution, be assured.

How To Return

First, contact us to discuss your return. We want to be sure that the product meets or exceeds your expectations, and understand where we fell short.

Then, we will instruct you to return the item to the return address on the packaging. Once received, and confirmed for valid return, we will contact you regarding applicable refunds or exchanges.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You may be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you may be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer – It is best to contact us before returning any products. Unfortunately we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Any size exchanges may require you to be liable for reshipment costs.

Shipping Errors – Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
